Peter is a co-founder and managing partner of Axis Capital Corporation, a seed and early stage venture capital firm located in Ottawa. Prior to co-founding Axis in 2000, Peter was a senior manager with the Ottawa office of Deloitte LLP specializing in tax and business advisory services for the technology sector. Peter is a Director of several private technology companies as well an active member in the non-profit community including a director with Athletics Canada, a member of the National Partnership Committee for Scientific Research and Experimental Development and a director of the Canadian Advanced Technology Alliance.
