Robert (Bob) Ford is an experienced technology and corporate finance lawyer with the law firm Marlay & Ford LLP, a leading boutique law firm whose focus is on servicing the needs of technology companies and those that fund them. Before co-founding Marlay & Ford LLP, Bob was President and CEO of Ardesic Corporation, a venture-financed software firm focused on e-commerce applications (acquired in December 2001). Prior to Ardesic, Bob held a number of executive management positions in high technology companies, and practiced law with a prominent Vancouver law firm. Bob currently sits on the board of directors of AmberCore Software Inc. and The Canadian Internet Registration Authority (CIRA), a not for profit Canadian corporation that is responsible for operating the dot-ca Internet country code Top Level Domain (ccTLD).
