How to Apply
Our grant application form and process have been updated. We have developed an interactive PDF to make it easier for applicants to complete the form and to help achieve consistency in the information that we collect.

Notifications of grant decisions are usually sent in mid-December.
Please include with your application:
- A list of your committee or Board of Directors
- Your most recent financial statements - audited, if available
- A current operating budget
- The committee receives only the formal application, so please do not send additional attachments.
