Leadership Ottawa:

Co-founded by the Community Foundation of Ottawa and Volunteer Ottawa, Leadership Ottawa is a non-profit organization that develops and delivers learning programs to help individuals acquire leadership skills, to feed corporations with potential future leaders and to help organizations tap into a community network of trained volunteers. The Community Foundation offers strategic direction through on-going membership on the Leadership Ottawa Advisory Board and offers guidance for their transition plan to partial or full independence.
